We fully review your financing needs and options and then provide you with a referral list of verified and validated DIRECT Lenders. Next, we can personally introduce you to the Lender's direct in-house contact via a telephone conference call. If you prefer, we can have these Lenders get in touch with you directly. Again, these contacts are actual direct Lenders and not Brokers or "Jokers".

By using this option, you can eliminate the BIG broker fees. This is a very viable solution for Real Estate Investors, Business Owners and Brokers seeking solid funding sources to work with. You simply contact the Lender yourself and place your project. We charge a small fee for providing this service, but you save BIG. Most importantly, you get to work directly with the funding source. We will not be involved in your transaction, and you owe us nothing aside from our small research fee. 


Option 2: We Can Do It For You ....

We will serve as your exclusive agent. We submit your loan for you and monitor the funding process from start to finish. Our fee for this service is only 2% to 3% of the GROSS loan amount. You can begin the process by completing our Funding Inquiry.

Later, after our initial discussion, you will complete our Funding Application. Generally, within 72 hours after we receive the Funding Application, we can locate and contact several direct commercial lenders or investors who are interested in funding your project at the best possible rates and terms.
